The residence is situated on a rocky promontory in the vicinity 'of the Cinque Terre, coming from Moneglia, turn right after the second tunnel. Hier passt die Bezeichnung „Meerblick“ wirklich. Die Sonne scheint im September ab Mittag bis spät Abends auf den Balkon und die Zimmer - einfach sensationell!
Die Wohnung ist sauber, schimmelfrei und die Ausstattung zweckmäßig und vollständig (nach einer Weile habe ich mir nur ein paar bequemere Sitzmöbel gewünscht). Über den Hotbird Satelliten findet man ARD und ZDF.
Die optisch sehr ansprechenden Häuser der nicht mehr ganz jungen Wohnanlage (vorwiegend Zweitwohnungen) sind eng verschachtelt in einfacher Bauweise. Außerhalb der Saison sind die Wohnungen aber wenig genutzt, so dass es keine Probleme mit Nachbarn oder dem Anliegerverkehr gibt. Die ganze Anlage ist Nachts beleuchtet.
Der Zugang zur Wohnanlage führt entweder zu Fuß über die herrliche „Via Le Marine“ von Moneglia in gut 30 Minuten steil hoch über den Ortsteil Lemeglio wieder runter bis zur Wohnanlage und endet weit oberhalb auf einem Privatparkplatz im Wohngebiet. Von da geht es über viele Treppenstufen weiter runter zur Straße an dem das Haus liegt. Das geht also nur zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad und kann je nach Fitness auch erheblich länger dauern. Mit dem Auto kann man nur durch die einspurigen Tunnel anfahren. Das geht aber auch recht flott, da die Abfertigung zügig ist. Es gibt eine eigene Garage für „kleine Autos“. Mein Roomster hatte jedenfalls reichlich Platz. Sehr viel breiter sollte der Wagen aber nicht sein... Beim schließen der Garagentüre ist Vorsicht geboten.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, unaufdringlich und korrekt. Ich würde wiederkommen.
la vue et le calme se méritent: il faut traverser des tunnels avec un système de feux qui passent au vert à heures fixes. Bon séjour près des villages des cinque terre facilement accessibles en train.
180°-Meersicht... sehr gut eingerichtete und grosszügige Ferienwohnung. Charmante und gute Übergabe/Abnahme durch die Kontaktperson. Einziger kleiner Mangel: Kein Duschvorhang zur Badewanne, welchen wir selbst gekauft aber auch wieder mitgenommen haben.
Great appartment. Enjoyed our stay there very much. Strongly reccommend it. Beautiful view of the sea right from the balcony. Access to the sea (bigger rocks). Appartment fully equipped. Very nice. Location is private road between two tunnels so very quiet and relaxing. Better with a car or scooter as tunnells do not allow pedestrians or bycicles. Moneglia is also accessible by foot on a panoramic footpath...about 2km walk. But our 4 year old made it so it is no problém. Can shorten the walk by taking bus to/from Lemeglio. Tickets sold in info station. Excellent vacation...Cinque Terre, etc. Thanks
Careful when looking for the property...google map can be misleading little bit. Turn between the tunnels seems bigger on google than it really is so you can easilly miss it when driving there for the first time. Better to use GPS coordinates that you get on the voucher :-)
L'appartamento si trova ad un'altezza di 70 m. circa, in un residence isolato raggiungibile solo in macchina causa due strette gallerie di accesso non percorribili a piedi.
Possibile raggiungere Moneglia in un'ora e un quarto a piedi con salita e discesa, possibili escursioni a piedi sui monti retrostanti.
Vista stupenda sul mare. Accesso diretto al mare al mare ma solo scogli (no adatto a bambini).
Buona spiaggia libera a Deiva Marina a 10 minuti di auto.
Zweckmässige Wohnung, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, tolle Aussicht, nettes Dorf in der Umgebung.
Allerdings steht in der Beschreibung Auto von Vorteil was so nicht stimmt den man muss ein Auto haben da man sonst erstens gar nicht zur Wohnung kommt wegen einspurigem Tunnel durch das man nicht zu Fuss gehen kann und es auch sonst keinen Wanderweg oder sowas gibt..und zum Einkaufen usw. ins Dorf zu gelangen muss man ebenfalls durch Tunnel.
