Ett stort hus med plats för många. Vi var 8 personer plus 2 små barn och det var aldrig trångt. Inte toppstandard men helt ok för att vara i Italien och ett uthyrningshus. Bra pool och en fantastisk utsikt från terrasserna och poolområdet. Bil är ett måste, dock inte en för stor bil då sista vägen till huset är smal och väldigt väldigt brant.
La casa è sita in ottima posizione ma la strada per raggiungerla è stretta e con forte pendenza, Il centro del paese dotato dei servizi essenziali è raggiungibile anche a piedi in 15 minuti circa.
Arredo esterno appena sufficiente e bosco non curato in prossimità della casa. Accesso ad internet difficoltoso. Proprietario molto attento e disponibile alle esigenze degli affittuari.
Die Villa ist wunderschön, super Aussicht, liegt an einem schönen Hang, der Weg vom Tor zur Villa ist einmalig. Sie ist abseits vom Dorf, ohne Auto geht es nicht.
Der Weg bis zum Tor, ist extrem steil und sehr schmal. Grenzfall. Im inneren der Villa ist es sehr schön eingerichtet, nur bei einem relativ hohen Preis erwarte ich auch, dass es Sauber ist! Draussen wartet ein grosser und schöner Pool, die Augen haben immer gebrannt, die Chemie im Pool müsste mal überprüft werden. Die Stühle draussen könnten mal ersetzt werden, sind in bedenklichen Zustand. Man darf im Allgemeinen nicht immer genau hinschauen und nicht vergessen, man ist in Italien…….
Das Haus selbst mit dem ganzen Umschwung ist sehr schön und bietet ernorm viel Platz. Was uns gestört hat war EUR 20.00 Endreinigung zu bezhahlen und es war sehr viel nicht sauber oder alt.
Stühle zum Teil kaputt, Abzugshaube funktionierte nicht
Ansonsten Vermieter sehr freundllich und man kann sogar einen Brötchenservice bestellen über ihn.
Nice house in a very quiet area just outside the village centre. Some little shops like bakery and butcher are within walking distance, as well as 2 restaurants. Good connection to cities like Luca, Pisa and Viarechio. The house itself is spacious and well equipped. Ideal for families for 6-8 persons. Garden is ideal for long stays, with several terraces (always sun or shade during the day). Car is needed, as the road to the house is steep and small.
Dojazd do obiektu troche zakrecony ale szybko mozna sie przyzwyczaic do wloskich dróg. Wynajmujacy starszy Pan bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny. Dom polozony jest w bardzo urokliwym miejscu .Blisko jest Piza i Florencja oraz piekna piaszczysta plaza . w poblizu mozna postrzelac z luku i lowic ryby ..... Dom i ogród zadbany , basen równiez choc przydalby sie czujnik alarmowy na dzieci przy basenie. Lazienki na pietrze pozostawiaja wiele do zyczenia ....do wymiany wanna i kabina prysznicowa lub chociaz sylikon prosi sie o wymiane ..... Mimo tego urlop byl bardzo udany .Polecam .
Decent villa, not too well equipped, but beautiful view. A bit tough to get there and very far from the sea. Otherwisehas all you would expect, other than an electric kettle... The grill is auite difficult to operate.. Quite secluded, which was nice, but you had to use car to go anywhere...
