Everything was really great: Size of the apartment, view, furniture, equipment, the surroundings and ambience with all the other marina buildings and the boats! We had sun till approx. 3 pm.
But there was – only! - one exception: The entrance of the building and the staircase up to the apartment, which obviously never has been renewed. Although the knob-floor from the early 1980s has its special retro-charm, it is too nagged. We hope that the community of all property owners will undertake a renovation.
In any case, we will stay again in this wonderful apartment!
Cet appartement est bien aménagé et a un magnifique balcon qui donne sur la marina au calme. Dommage cependant que la table sur la terrasse soit cassée :-( La grande plage surveillée est a 5mn.
Nous recommandons fortement cette location
Appartement très sympa propre et agréable ,bonne literie ,jolie terrasse mais table a changer absolument . Nous reviendrons certainement dans cette appartement .
On revient au même location l'année prochaine. C'a dit tous! Calme, prés du bord de la mer et du supermarché, belle vue, grande terrasse. Bien entertenue.
Aucun problème de climatisation,ni d'ameublement en général. La table de la terrasse très abimée ne permettait cependant pas d'y déjeuner.
Seules l'entrée et la cage d'escalier apparaissent très vétustes. Problème de coproprité.
Calme, vue magnifique sur le port, appartement moderne propre, parking privé pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage, magasins et restaurants à 5 minutes à pied. Pour nous tout a été parfait . Nous avons été très bien reçu à l'agence interhome à Grau du roi , merci
The appartment was nice and close to the beach, shop and restaurants. Just that TV was not always working due to the weak signal and there was no Internet available.
De très bonnes prestations pour cet appartement (lave vaisselle, lave linges, climatisation).
Plages et commerces à proximité.
Parking en bas de l'appartement.
